Option 1: Senior Portraits
- How do I make a Senior Appointment? Visit seniors.legacystudios.com and search for your school, or we can text you a direct link. We can send you a one-time transactional text message to the number you are calling from with a link to book your senior portrait appointment. Message and data rates may apply. Press 1 to receive this text.
- What if there No appointments available? Keep checking back—new slots are released throughout summer and fall.
- How do I change an appointment? Click “View Appointment Details” in your confirmation email from scheduling@acuityscheduling-mail.com and you will be able to make necessary changes there. Please note you are unable to change or cancel 12 hours before appointment.
- What if I want a retake? Simply book a new appointment.
- Looking to view your photos? Your gallery link will be emailed about 2 to 3 weeks after your session, once editing is complete.
- Do you want to change your yearbook pose? Follow the link in your email and you will be able to change that in your gallery. Note: This option is only available until your school’s yearbook submission is finalized.
- Do you want to add retouching to your senior photos? You can add retouching during checkout when purchasing your images.

Option 2: Viewing or Purchasing Your Photos
- How do I look up my password? Go to legacyfindmycode.com, or we can text you a direct link. We can send you a one-time transactional text message to the number you are calling from with a link to retrieve your gallery access code. Message and data rates may apply. Press 1 to receive this text.
- When do I get to view my photos? A direct gallery link is sent to your email about 2 to 3 weeks after Picture Day. If it’s been more than 3 weeks, email customercare@legacystudios.com, and we’ll send your link directly.

Option 3: Ordering Questions or Package Tracking
- Can I add retouching to my photos? Yes – you can add retouching during checkout when placing your order.
- When will my photos be delivered? Packages are usually delivered within 2-3 weeks.
- Can I pre-order my Underclass photos? Yes, you can pre-order your Underclass student’s photos by going to the link that was emailed to from the direct email.
- Why should I Pre-order? Because it gives you discounted pricing on packages!
- What if I Don’t love the photo? No worries — return the original package on Retake Day and we’ll send a new one with the updated image.
- How do I purchase my sports or events photos? Visit legacyeventphotos.shop and enter your school code. If you Need the code, please check your school’s website or email customercare@legacystudios.com and we’ll provide it.
